1. Order Processing & Shipping Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 5 to 10 business days.

Please note that "business days" do not include weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

2. Potential Delays

While we strive to meet our 5–10 day delivery window, please understand that occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, postal service disruptions, or customs processing for international orders.

If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email to provide an updated estimate.

3. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates may vary based on your location and the weight of the items purchased.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours of dispatch.

5. Damages

Shoplyx is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Shoplyx is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
